Order before 10:00 AM for same-day delivery. After that, it ships next day. Flat AED 25 delivery fee anywhere in the UAE (except the Western region).
Can I pick the same flavour more than once in a box? ▾
Yes — there's no "one of each" rule. Repeat any flavour as many times as you like, in any combination.
How long do the cookies stay fresh? ▾
Best within 3 days of delivery, stored airtight at room temperature. Microwave for 10–15 seconds for that fresh-baked taste.
What allergens should I know about? ▾
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, egg, and nuts. Please check before ordering if you have allergies.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
Ziina, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer returns or refunds? ▾
Cookies are perishable, so we don't accept returns. If something arrives wrong or damaged, message us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you deliver across the whole UAE? ▾

Is there a minimum order? ▾
The smallest box is a Box of 4 (AED 80).
