1. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in AED and may change without notice. Placing an order through the Build Your Box tool is an offer to buy; we'll confirm your order by WhatsApp or email once received.

2. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, Ziina, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Full payment (where applicable) is due at checkout or on delivery.

3. Delivery

Delivery is available across the UAE for a flat AED 25 fee (except the Western Region). Orders placed before 10:30 AM are delivered same-day; orders after that cutoff are delivered the next day. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our cookies are baked fresh to order, we can't accept cancellations once baking has started. If your order arrives wrong, damaged, or missing items, contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund — see our Privacy Policy and FAQ for details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the MARIE. name, logo, photography, and recipes — belongs to MARIE. and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take care in preparing every order, but we're not liable for allergic reactions, delays outside our control, or issues arising from misuse of the product (e.g. not following storage/freshness guidance).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
